Required in Northern Ireland for developments with more than 10 houses, a site greater than 1 hectare or where there is evidence of surface water flooding.

FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENTS (NI)

Required in Northern Ireland by Policy FLD 1 of PPS 15 for development in an area at risk of either fluvial (river) or coastal flooding.

RESERVOIR FLOODING (NI)

Required Northern Ireland by Policy FLD 5 of PPS 15 if the development could be susceptible to flooding should a reservoir fail or overtop.
